Hi, I’m Julia.

I believe that we are meant for connection, yet relationships and family can be complicated. The loss of connection - or access to it - is painful and disruptive. A significant focus in the work that I do is helping you gain new experiences and find new language that allows you to move toward the connection with yourself or others that you long for.

  • What I Do

I sit with people in their inter-relational crises. Sometimes these are crises related to external relationships (like a partner, parent, child, or friend) and sometimes we find ourselves in crisis over our relationship to ourselves. Regardless, I am here to help you.

One of my favorite things about therapy is being able to foster lasting change in a family or individual. Helping people figure out what their weaknesses are and where their greatest pains come from is something that I am extremely passionate about. It can be difficult to get to the root of the problem when you’re in it alone. Sometimes having a third-party there to help you figure out what is going on in your relationships can be transformational.
